We are experienced operators and executives who have worked in consulting, tech, Fortune 500s, and various entrepreneurial ventures (including SMBs). As we enter the middle stages of our career and with young families, we are pivoting out of large companies and instead focusing on building and running a sustainable portfolio of established companies in the Greater Seattle / Puget Sound area.
What we're about:
We are not seeking to "flip" companies after a few years of ownership, but instead carry a longer-term, multi-decade view. That means rolling up our sleeves to really know the business, investing in our people through profit-sharing programs, and listening to our customers.
